คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
 – มีอายุไม่เกิน 28 ปี
 – จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี
 – มีคะแนนทดสอบทางภาษาที่ดี
 – ต้องเข้าเรียนคอร์สภาษาฝรั่งเศสเมื่อไปถึง
